These terms govern your use of SmartBizCard (smartbizcard.in), a service operated by Mentech3D, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Service
SmartBizCard provides a digital profile page reachable via a physical NFC card and QR code. Plans (Basic, Professional, Business) differ in included features, as described on our pricing page at the time of your order.
2. Orders and Payment
- Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via WhatsApp.
- Payment is collected through Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment gateway.
- Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of order and are subject to change for future orders.
- Professional and Business plans include an annual renewal fee from the second year onward, as stated on our pricing page.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, images, and business details you upload to your profile. You confirm that you have the right to use any photos, logos, or content you provide, and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights or violate any law.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use SmartBizCard to:
- Impersonate another person or business
- Upload unlawful, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the platform
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep your profile page available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, as the service depends on third-party infrastructure providers (hosting and database services) outside our direct control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mentech3D's liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
